Week 2, Exercises 4

Social networking sites are great places to get in touch with people with the same interest, and keep in contact with family and friends. Enjoyed exploring all of them but found the whole exercise very time consuming and do not think I'll use them very often.

Visited Bebo and Bebo in the library, very colourful site but I feel too old to join in.

Created an account in MySpace and joined "The cat lovers group" where from I loaded the kitten's photo. Some of the discussions seemed quite superficial, and surfing around I encountered a lot of advertising. At one stage I ended up on eBay where somebody was selling all kind of cat paraphernalia.

FaceBook - signed in, did the tour and enjoyed it. It seemed to be the fastest.
